The Warriors erased a 20-point deficit to beat the Lakers 101-89, but Kerr said the team is not close to where it wants to be.

Golden State committed 20 turnovers Tuesday and has 104 through five exhibitions, with only 24 assists in the win.

Nine second-quarter turnovers handed the Lakers 12 points and a 63-50 halftime lead.

The Warriors turned it over nine times after the break, and those produced only four Lakers points.

Kerr is installing a wider five-out offense. 'It's not going to happen overnight,' he said.
