Dereck Lively II (right foot), Santi Aldama (right knee), Marcus Sasser (left adductor) and Jett Howard (illness) are out.

Cooper Flagg, Kyrie Irving, Daniel Gafford and rookie Morez Johnson Jr. will not play Wednesday.

Lively had season-ending foot surgery in December and is working toward running. His extension deadline is Oct. 19.

Aldama hasn't played for Dallas since March knee surgery. This is Sasser's third straight missed exhibition.

Dallas has two exhibitions left after Wednesday before the regular season.
