Denver had the NBA's most efficient offense last season and brings its whole starting lineup back.

"You can tell Tim I said this, he's a bad shot maker and taker," Adelman said of Tim Hardaway Jr., now with Miami.

Adelman noted the starting five played only 23 games together last year. Aaron Gordon "changes everything" on offense.

Adelman wants more threes and named Cam Johnson as the player who has to take the shots available to him.

DeMar DeRozan rested at the Clippers and is expected to play Friday against the Lakers in Denver's finale.
