Tyrese Haliburton returned to Paycom Center, where he tore his Achilles in Game 7 of the 2025 NBA Finals.

"Once the ball jumped up, it just felt like normal," he said. "It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be."

He had sat out Indiana's previous game with an ankle issue and chose to play in OKC anyway.

Haliburton scored 24 points in 18 first-half minutes on 9-of-14 shooting and 4-of-6 from three.

Indiana closes its preseason Friday against Milwaukee and opens Oct. 21 against New Orleans.
