Victor Wembanyama found Fox on a cut with the rim open, and Fox threw it down for an and-one.

Fox started next to Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper in the three-guard look San Antonio has built around Wembanyama.

Fox, Castle and Harper shared the floor for 11 first-half minutes, scored 19 points combined and were a plus-10.

Fox sat the second half after hip tightness kept him out of earlier exhibitions. Harrison Barnes opened the third in his place.

Fox finished with 9 points on 3-of-5 shooting, 2-of-2 from three, with 3 rebounds and 4 assists in 19 minutes.
