After a 114-93 loss at Boston, Charles Lee graded Charlotte on consistency, not the final score.

"I don't want us to be a team that's turning it on and off. I just want it to be always on," Lee said.

Charlotte gave the ball away 30 times. Boston turned those into 27 points, including seven giveaways in the first quarter.

Down 18 in the third, the Hornets went on a 14-3 run and cut it to 85-77 before Boston closed the fourth 29-16.

The Hornets finish the preseason Friday at Memphis, looking to build the winning habits Lee asked for.
