Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the NBA in win shares (15.2). Nikola Jokić led in Box Plus/Minus, VORP and PER.

Gilgeous-Alexander won his second straight MVP with 83 of 100 first-place votes. Jokić was second, Victor Wembanyama third.

Jokić had more offensive win shares, 11.5 to 11.1, but the 64-18 Thunder's top-ranked defense boosted SGA's defensive win shares.

Jokić's 14.2 Box Plus/Minus is the highest league-leading mark on the list that begins in 1973-74.

It was Jokić's sixth straight season leading in Box Plus/Minus, VORP and PER. Only Michael Jordan has a longer BPM run.
