With Mark Williams recovering from shoulder surgery, Phoenix is sorting out a third big behind Oso Ighodaro and Khaman Maluach.

"We're going to ask him to crash. We're going to ask him to pressure the basketball," Jordan Ott said of Duop Reath.

Ott wants the 6-foot-9 veteran's own strengths while he still fits Phoenix's team habits at the back end of the rotation.

After Luke Kennard left in San Antonio, Reath started the second half with Bouyea, Brea, Dunn and Highsmith.

Phoenix plays its final exhibition Friday against Utah before the Oct. 21 opener at Portland.
