Joe Mazzulla paired Neemias Queta and Mitchell Robinson to open the second quarter of Boston's 114-93 win over Charlotte.

The players did not know it was coming. Mazzulla said he wanted game reps so the look would be on film.

Queta and Robinson outscored Charlotte 10-3 in the first 3:17 of the second quarter, and they started the fourth together too.

Mazzulla said playmaking is an area he would like to see Queta take to a different level.

Mazzulla called Robinson one of the smartest players he has been around. Boston is 3-0 in the preseason.
