Three new locations

Brooklyn Basketball, the youth program of the Nets and Liberty, will open sites in Greenpoint, Bushwick and Gowanus in 2027.

An all-cash deal

BSE bought all three Post BK court-rental buildings, its whole portfolio. The price was not disclosed.

About 40,000 square feet

Dobbin Street (15,000 sq ft), Knickerbocker Avenue (20,300) and Baltic Street (5,000), all already fitted out as courts.

Built on growth

The Downtown Brooklyn center has welcomed more than 16,000 people, and free clinics reach 50,000+ kids a year.

The fandom bet

BSE president Sam Zussman wants to reach kids aged six to 10, when he believes most fans pick a team for life.
