LOS ANGELES — Oct. 15, 2026 — The Lakers will hand out five bobbleheads at Crypto.com Arena this season, and the biggest night on their promotions calendar comes at the very end of it. On Friday, April 9, the team unveils a bronze statue of Phil Jackson on Star Plaza before it hosts the Minnesota Timberwolves, and every fan that night goes home with a Jackson bobblehead.

The full calendar, which the Lakers released in September, starts paying off two weeks into the regular season. On Sunday, Nov. 1, against the Toronto Raptors, every fan in the building gets a bobblehead of Luka Dončić, the 2025-26 NBA scoring champion. Some of them get something better: the Lakers have mixed a rare gold version into the run, so a few boxes hold the chase figure.

Here is every promotional and marquee home date the Lakers have announced, with tip times in Pacific time from the league schedule. The Pride Night T-shirt giveaway already took place at the Oct. 8 preseason game against Sacramento.

Phil Jackson joins Star Plaza

Jackson coached the Lakers across two stints and 11 seasons, winning five championships and reaching seven NBA Finals. His statue makes him the ninth Lakers figure on Star Plaza, joining Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Elgin Baylor, Kobe Bryant, Chick Hearn, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal, Pat Riley and Jerry West. Riley’s statue went up in February.

Julie Rotblatt Amrany and Omri Amrany of Rotblatt Amrany Studio are designing and building the statue. The ceremony is outside the arena before tip, so fans who want to see the unveiling in person should plan on arriving well ahead of the 7 p.m. start.

April 9 also lands in the final week of the regular season. The Lakers and Timberwolves meet at Crypto.com Arena on back-to-back home dates, April 7 and April 9, and the second game could carry seeding stakes on top of the ceremony.

League of Stars: three throwback bobbleheads

The Lakers are also launching League of Stars, a new legends program presented by BMO. Its first season honors three members of the Showtime-era teams, and fans in attendance each night receive a throwback bobblehead of the honoree: guard Norm Nixon on Dec. 14 against New Orleans, former head coach Paul Westhead on Jan. 14 against Orlando and forward Kurt Rambis on March 17 against Phoenix.

Add the Dončić and Austin Reaves figures, plus Jackson’s, and that is more bobblehead nights in one Lakers season than fans usually see. The Reaves bobblehead comes out Sunday, Dec. 27, against Memphis, two days after the Lakers host Philadelphia on Christmas Day.

The ring and the rest

The giveaway with the most built-in drama is the 2020 championship replica ring on Sunday, Jan. 24, an afternoon game against Washington. Anthony Davis, the centerpiece of that title team in the Orlando bubble, is on the Wizards’ roster, so the ring night doubles as his return to Crypto.com Arena.

The Nov. 18 game against Utah brings a Lakers x Dodgers baseball-style jersey, presented by Daiso, one night after Veterans Appreciation Night against Charlotte. On March 7 against Brooklyn, the Lakers hold their first Hello Kitty Night; Sacramento also put Hello Kitty on its 2026-27 calendar, as covered in our Kings theme nights guide.

How to get in

Lakers home tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, the team’s ticketing partner, and the Lakers Ticket Exchange is the team’s official resale option. The team page for promo nights links each date to its ticket listing. The Lakers have not posted quantity limits for most giveaways; the Dončić bobblehead is listed for all game attendees and the League of Stars figures for fans in attendance. Giveaways are usually handed out at the doors while supplies last, so for the bobblehead nights, the safest plan is to arrive when the gates open.
