Training camp update: October 3, 2026
Jaron Pierre Jr. returned to St. Augustine High School with the Pelicans for a team practice and short scrimmage periods. The New Orleans native described the homecoming as meaningful after playing his college career outside Louisiana. Jamahl Mosley said the team held a normal practice followed by several eight-minute scrimmage periods; this was a camp event rather than an NBA game.
