Cooper Flagg is questionable for the Mavericks’ Monday game in Miami with a left shoulder sprain

Cooper Flagg could return after a one-game absence. The Mavericks listed the forward as questionable for Monday’s game in Miami on the league’s official injury report as of 4:30 p.m. ET Sunday, with a left shoulder sprain.

Flagg sat out Saturday’s 122-106 home loss to San Antonio after an MRI showed a mild left shoulder sprain, and the team said he would be reevaluated next week. Sunday’s listing upgrades him from out to questionable for the 7:30 p.m. ET tip at Kaseya Center.

Dallas remains without Dereck Lively II (right foot surgery), Santi Aldama (right knee surgery), Naji Marshall (illness) and Tarik Biberovic (right heel bursitis), with Caleb Martin doubtful (right thumb sprain), per the same report. Miami’s only listing is Pelle Larsson, available with a left finger sprain.
