Spurs notes: Tobias Harris questionable for the opener, Keldon Johnson’s summer weight loss

Tobias Harris is questionable for the San Antonio Spurs’ season opener against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday with a left calf strain, though coach Mitch Johnson said the forward’s condition is “improving,” according to Tom Orsborn.

Elsewhere, Keldon Johnson told reporters after Friday’s preseason finale that he lost between 15 and 20 pounds during the summer, according to Orsborn.

“I feel like I’m better,” Johnson said. “I feel like all-around game I’m faster, just as strong. … I’m moving good, my body feels good. And, overall, I just feel like I’m better.”
