The Oklahoma City Thunder ruled out Jalen Williams (left lower leg injury), Chet Holmgren (right patellar tendinitis) and Cason Wallace (left shoulder soreness) for Monday’s home game against the Phoenix Suns, per the NBA’s official injury report as of 2:30 p.m. ET.

It is the first official designation for Williams since he was stretchered off during Sunday’s win over the Clippers. Reports on Sunday night described the injury as to his left ankle, while another account referenced his knee. The official listing reads “left lower leg injury,” and the team had not announced a diagnosis as of Monday afternoon.

Holmgren’s listing is new. He played in Sunday’s win and was among the first to signal for help when Williams went down.

Wallace exited Sunday’s game with left shoulder soreness after six minutes. Jaylin Williams, who left Sunday’s game with right wrist soreness, was not listed on Monday’s report as of 2:30 p.m. ET.

Phoenix downgraded Oso Ighodaro from doubtful to out with his right oblique strain.
