The Spurs and Pelicans play at Accor Arena in Paris on Jan. 14, 2027 and at Co-op Live in Manchester on Jan. 17. Both general sales are sold out after about one million registrations. Here are the official premium packages still on sale, the waiting list, Cairo tip times of 9 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., and how the trip fits each schedule.

Oct. 27, 2026 — The NBA’s two regular-season games in Europe this season are 11 weeks away, and the regular tickets are already gone. The San Antonio Spurs and New Orleans Pelicans meet at Accor Arena in Paris on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2027, and again at Co-op Live in Manchester on Sunday, Jan. 17. Both games sold out through the league’s ticket ballot in September. What is left is a set of official premium packages, a waiting list for any extra seats, and two tip times that suit viewers in Egypt far better than a normal NBA night: 9 p.m. Cairo time for Paris and 5:30 p.m. for Manchester. Here is what fans can still do, when to watch and how the trip fits into both teams’ schedules.
| Date | Game | Arena | Local tip | Cairo time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Thu., Jan. 14, 2027 | Pelicans at Spurs (Spurs are the home team) | Accor Arena, Paris | 8 p.m. Paris / 2 p.m. ET | 9:00 p.m. |
| Sun., Jan. 17, 2027 | Spurs at Pelicans (Pelicans are the home team) | Co-op Live, Manchester | 3:30 p.m. UK / 10:30 a.m. ET | 5:30 p.m. |
Both games count in the standings like any other regular-season game. Egypt is on standard time in January, one hour ahead of Paris and two hours ahead of Manchester. In the United States both games stream on Prime Video, and the league’s French account has said both will also be shown on Prime Video in France. The official Paris event is the NBA Paris Game 2027 presented by Tissot. The Manchester game is the first NBA regular-season game ever played in the city.
Not through the general sale. The official event pages for both cities now say “general sale tickets” are sold out. Fans had to register for a free ballot to get a chance to buy, and on Sept. 22 the league said about one million people had signed up for the two games, the highest demand it has ever recorded for games in Europe. The Spurs marked it two days later.
There are still three official ways in:
1. Premium packages from NBA Experiences. The league’s FAQ for both games says fans can buy upgraded ticket and hospitality packages without entering the ballot. In Paris there are seven: Hall of Fame (courtside or floor row B, with an NBA Legends Dinner), Legend (floor rows C and D, with the House of Legends hospitality), MVP (lower level, category 1), Veteran (category 4, with a postgame party), Playmaker (category 5, with a pregame welcome reception), a Spurs Fan Package (category 5, with a Spurs sightseeing cruise on the Seine) and Sophomore (category 6, with a Go City Paris Pass). Most tiers include a photo with the NBA championship trophy. Manchester has four: Hall of Fame (courtside or floor), Legend (lower level category 1, with a shootaround hosted by an NBA legend), MVP (category 1) and Playmaker (category 2). For now they are the only tickets the league itself is still selling.
2. A later release. Both FAQs say more tickets “may be available in the future,” and fans who register on the official event site get the updates first.
3. Accessible seating. The league sends fans who need accessible tickets to the arenas themselves, Accor Arena in Paris and Co-op Live in Manchester, which handle those requests.
Anything else, from resale sites to social media sellers, is outside the official system, and French law bans the resale of sports tickets without the organizer’s permission. Fans who already hold tickets should check the name and ID rules on their arena’s site before they travel.
This will be the 16th game featuring an NBA team in France since 1991 and the league’s sixth regular-season game in Paris. For the Spurs it is their sixth game in France and their 10th in Europe, two years after they played the Indiana Pacers twice at the same arena in January 2025. The draw is obvious: Victor Wembanyama, the 2025-26 Defensive Player of the Year, plays in his home country again, with De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper around him. The Spurs also spent a week in Paris in August, working out together and touring the city, and the team’s video of that trip is a good preview of what January will look like.
For the Pelicans, Paris and Manchester are their third and fourth games in Europe and their first in France and England. Zion Williamson, Dejounte Murray and second-year players Jeremiah Fears and Derik Queen were the names the league put forward when the games were announced in May. New Orleans holds a Euro Fête theme night at home against Miami on Saturday, Jan. 2, as a send-off, with a light-up scarf for the first 6,000 fans; it is in our New Year’s week guide and the Pelicans promotional calendar.
The Manchester game will be the 20th game featuring an NBA team in England since 1993 and the league’s second game in Manchester, but the first that counts. Co-op Live, next to the Etihad Stadium in east Manchester, opened in 2024 and is the largest indoor arena in the United Kingdom. The 3:30 p.m. local tip is built for European television, and in Cairo it starts at 5:30 p.m. on a Sunday, one of the friendliest NBA tip times of the season for fans in Egypt.
Around both games the league, the Spurs and the Pelicans plan NBA Cares community work on health, wellness and sustainability, Jr. NBA and Her Time to Play youth clinics, coach and referee programs, and fan events in each city. Details and dates for those events have not been announced yet.
Both teams play their last game before the trip on Sunday, Jan. 10: the Spurs at Atlanta at 3 p.m. ET and the Pelicans at Miami at 6 p.m. ET. That leaves three full days to fly to Paris and adjust before Thursday. After Manchester, both get two days off before they play again on Wednesday, Jan. 20, when San Antonio hosts Miami at 8:30 p.m. CT and New Orleans hosts Oklahoma City at 7 p.m. CT.
The European trip falls in the middle of the season, a month after the NBA Cup final at Hinkle Fieldhouse and about four weeks before the Feb. 11 trade deadline. The full calendar is in our 2026-27 key dates, and the Spurs promo schedule covers the team’s home theme nights in San Antonio. For the business side of the league’s plans for a European league, see our NBA Europe report.
The next step is any release of extra tickets through the official event sites, which the league says will be announced to registered fans first. The Spurs play their first game in Paris in two years at 9 p.m. Cairo time on Thursday, Jan. 14, and the Pelicans host the rematch in Manchester at 5:30 p.m. Cairo time three days later.
