Asa Christian Newell (born October 5, 2005) is an American professional basketball player for the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Georgia Bulldogs. Newell was a consensus five-star recruit in the class of 2024, earning the 2023 FIBA Under-19 World Cup Defensive MVP.
