Collin Darnell Sexton (born January 4, 1999) is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Alabama Crimson Tide. In January 2017, Sexton was selected as a McDonald's All-American. Nicknamed the "Young Bull", he was selected with the 8th overall pick in the 2018 NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers. After spending his first 4 seasons with the team, he was traded to the Utah Jazz via sign-and-trade in the 2022 offseason and in the 2026 he signed with the los angles lakers as a free agent. Sexton has also played for the Charlotte Hornets.
