Kelly Paul Oubre Jr. (/ˈuːbreɪ/OO-bray; born December 9, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Oubre played one season of college basketball for the University of Kansas before being selected by the Atlanta Hawks with the 15th overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft, who then traded him to the Washington Wizards. Oubre has also played for the Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors, Charlotte Hornets, and Philadelphia 76ers.
