The Sacramento Kings have waived center David Muoka, one day after signing him to a training camp contract, according to the league’s official transactions log.
The move follows the expected path for an Exhibit 10 signing. Muoka is now in line for a bonus worth up to $91,000 if he spends at least 60 days with the Stockton Kings, Sacramento’s G League affiliate.
The 6-foot-10 center from Hong Kong played for the Long Island Nets last season, averaging 5.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 17.7 minutes per game across 45 appearances.
Muoka, 25, went undrafted before beginning his professional career in the G League.
