BOSTON — Oct. 15, 2026 — Eight days before the Celtics open TD Garden against the Knicks, the club’s 2026-27 promotional calendar is set: 21 specialty nights and a four-game player bobblehead series, presented by Experience Abu Dhabi, featuring Neemias Queta, Jayson Tatum, Derrick White and Payton Pritchard.

Each bobblehead goes to the first 7,500 fans through the doors on its date. All four giveaways land against Western Conference visitors, and two of them share a night with a specialty theme, so March 11 and March 16 are the busiest dates on the home schedule.

White’s night doubles as Special Olympics Night on March 11, and Pritchard’s falls on Move4Heather Night on March 16. The Celtics say more details on the series will come during the season.

What stands out

The opening stretch is front-loaded: the home opener against New York on Oct. 23, Seats for Soldiers against Chicago three nights later, then Boston Children’s Hospital night in the rematch with the Bulls on Oct. 30.

January carries five themed nights, from First Responders Night on Jan. 11 through HBCU Night against Phoenix on Jan. 29, plus Queta’s bobblehead in between. February opens with the Black History Month Celebration against the Lakers and adds a Year of the Goat night on Feb. 10 against Golden State for Lunar New Year.

Move4Heather Night honors Heather Walker, the Celtics’ former vice president of public relations, and raises awareness and support for glioblastoma and brain cancer research. Noche Latina on March 18 spotlights Latin American and Hispanic culture, and Kids Day on March 21 is a family-friendly afternoon game against New Orleans. The Celtics Dancers mark their 20th anniversary on April 2, and Fan Appreciation Night closes the regular-season home slate against Milwaukee on April 11.

Tickets and arrival tips

Single-game tickets are sold through the Celtics, and the team lists group-ticket options for many of the specialty nights. On bobblehead dates, plan to arrive well before doors, since only the first 7,500 fans inside the building get one.

TD Garden sits above North Station, served by the Green and Orange Lines and the Commuter Rail. The arena strongly discourages bags; small clutches and wristlets are the safe choice.
