Oct. 25, 2026 — The first week after NBA Cup group play is a four-night week for most fans. Monday through Thursday, Nov. 30 to Dec. 3, carry 29 games, and 10 of them come with a themed night or a giveaway, led by a Joakim Noah bobblehead in Chicago, a Fred VanVleet bobblehead in Houston against his old team and Hello Kitty Night in Portland. Friday and Saturday belong to the Cup quarterfinals, and the rest of the weekend schedule is still blank. Here is every themed night announced so far, with local and Cairo tip times.

The week before, Thanksgiving and the end of group play, is in our Nov. 23-29 guide.

Every themed night, Nov. 30 to Dec. 3

Tip times come from the league schedule. Cairo is seven hours ahead of the East Coast, eight ahead of Central time, nine ahead of Phoenix and 10 ahead of the West Coast, so most of these games tip between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Cairo time the next day.

Tuesday, Dec. 1: three bobbleheads in one night

Tuesday is the busiest giveaway night of the week. The Bulls open their seven-game Statement Edition bobblehead series with Joakim Noah against the Knicks, the team he joined after leaving Chicago, on a Statement Edition Night that NBC carries nationally. It is the first of the seven dates and likely the one that fills up first, as our Bulls promo schedule explains.

Half an hour later in Houston, the Rockets hand a Fred VanVleet bobblehead to the first 5,000 fans on the night Toronto, where VanVleet won the 2019 title, comes to Toyota Center. The full calendar is in our Rockets promo schedule. The night ends at Chase Center, where the Warriors give a Golden Dubs bobblehead to the first 10,000 fans before the Jazz game, the latest tip of the week at 8 p.m. PT (Warriors giveaways).

The rest of the week

Monday starts in Charlotte with Throwback Night, and the same game carries the Hornets’ Space Jam 30th anniversary package with a hooded vest (Hornets theme nights). In Dallas, the Celtics visit on a night when the Mavericks sell their Cooper Flagg bobble pack with a ticket and host a Native American Group Night (Mavericks theme nights).

Wednesday is quieter: Boston holds its Make-A-Wish night against Charlotte (Celtics specialty nights), and New Orleans celebrates the Gulf South on 504 Night with a light-up beanie when the Lakers visit (Pelicans promo calendar).

Thursday has three. Atlanta’s first bobblehead of the season, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, goes to the first 5,000 fans against Indiana, and the Hawks’ soccer jersey package is on sale for the same game (Hawks promotions). San Antonio sells four ticket packages for Toronto’s visit, led by a Harry Potter jersey (Spurs promo schedule), and Portland holds its first Hello Kitty Night against Utah, with a mystery-box plush bag charm sold with tickets (Blazers theme nights).

No giveaway or themed night has been announced yet for the other 19 games of the week:

Friday to Sunday: Cup quarterfinals and blank dates

The eight teams that come out of group play on Black Friday, Nov. 27, meet in the Cup quarterfinals on Friday, Dec. 4, and Saturday, Dec. 5. The higher seed hosts, so those home teams and their tickets are only known once the bracket is set. No other games are listed yet from Friday to Sunday, Dec. 6. The semifinals follow on Dec. 8 and 9, and the final is Friday, Dec. 11, at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, as set out in our 2026-27 key dates and Cup group play schedule.

What comes next

The week opens Monday, Nov. 30, with Wizards at Hornets on Throwback Night at 7 p.m. ET (2 a.m. Tuesday in Cairo). We will add the quarterfinal hosts and any newly announced nights once group play ends.
